RRI has provided training for thousands of employees in public and private businesses, governmental agencies, and colleges and universities since its formation almost ten years ago. RRI is a proud subsidiary of Agri Stats, Inc.
RRI is managed by Kathryn Danko-Lord (President).
Kathryn Danko-Lord has worked for over 20 years as a Human Resources Professional in the areas of HR compliance, training and developement, and compensation and benefits; she was a Vice President of Human Resources for a Fortune 100 company with $7 billion in sales and 15,000+ employees before becoming a consulting partner with dozens of US companies.
For the past eight years, Ms. Danko-Lord has worked with clients in retail, hospitality, medical services, and in the agribusiness industries (chicken, turkey, egg and swine).
As president of Responsible Resources, a wholly owned company of Agri Stats, she provides training in the areas of animal welfare, leadership, high performance team management, and communication in the workplace.
She received her BS in poultry science from The Ohio State University; she received her MBA from Wilmington College. She lives in Maryland and Indiana with her husband, Jack, and her beloved Yorkshire terriers, Hoppy and Tuscany.
