We use a tool called the “HR4Score”, which is a scorecard that measures your performance in the areas of Recruiting and Selection, Health and Safety, Compensation and Benefits, and Performance Management and Employee Development.
Our process begins by an on-site review of your HR paperwork including personnel folders, I-9 forms, job posting systems, attendance tracking, and compensation/performance reviews. We talk to key management and hourly employees for feedback, as well as discussing benefit and safety programs with subject matter experts.
An executive report is generated following the on-site review, with specific recommendations to improve the HR function in your organization. The report would include recommendations and proven strategies to improve your business.
