Are you a small organization without a formal HR department?
Are you a large employer that needs some additional HR support?
Small and large companies have utilized Responsible Resources, Inc. for HR related functions. We provide outsourcing services in the areas of:
Affirmative Action Reporting
Affirmative Action Programs (AAP) are required for any business with over 50 employees and $50,000 in contracts/sales with the federal government.
AAP’s are time consuming and tedious. There are several required analyses, plus narratives and supporting documentation. It’s not unusual for a single AAP to consist of 100 pages of text and spreadsheets.
Responsible Resources, Inc. is able to create AAP’s for a variety of organizations. Using PeopleClick, the reports are professional and effective and meet federal guidelines.
With the assistance of PeopleClick, we are able to:
Prepare Your Affirmative Action Plans
- Accommodate any number of employees and multiple locations
- Enter or import detailed employee data and assign each employee's job title to the appropriate job group code, EEO Code, and census occupation code
- Define your own job groups
- Produce presentation-quality reports and save/distribute individual or consolidated PDF reports
Analyze and Track Your Compliance Performance
- Prepare an Availability Analysis, using your preferred data source for each factor and job group

Employee Recruiting and Selection
Responsible Resources, Inc. (RRI) is not a recruiting agency. We do not actively maintain a database of candidates, nor do we initiate searches for a fee.
Our recruiting and selection services include:
- Job Description creation : RRI performs a job analysis to determine the job requirements, responsibilities and duties and then creates a professional job description for usage in the recruiting process.
- Determining wage rates/ranges : Through the use of national and local wage information, RRI performs a compensation analysis to determine the appropriate wage rate or range for various positions.
- Managing the recruitment process : RRI can facilitate job advertising, recruitment logs, resume evaluation, and candidate contact.
- Performing initial interviews : RRI can assist you in narrowing the candidate pool through performing an initial interview on behalf of the organization.
Employee Attitude/Satisfaction Surveys
For whatever reasons, many employees are fearful or reluctant to give their management team direct feedback.
RRI can facilitate communications by administering surveys on behalf of the organization. We start by custom designing a survey to meet your needs. We distribute and collect the data for you through a confidential P.O. box or through web-based on-line responses. Lastly, we assimilate the data and provide you with custom executive reports on the survey results.
Compensation Analysis
RRI can assist you in compensation management, whether it is in determining the rate of pay for one position or for assisting you in developing an entire compensation system.
We use national, local, and industry wage surveys to benchmark key positions in your organization. Our market based surveys are used in conjunction with your internal job paths to determine the best compensation strategy for your organization.
Training Needs Assessment
Because our expertise is in training and development, Responsible Resources, Inc. is uniquely suited to work with clients to identify gaps in skills and performance in their workforce.
A typical needs analysis consists of:
- Management discussions and ideation sessions: RRI professionals meet with your management team to discuss strengths and weaknesses of the overall business, as well as performance for individual business segments. An emphasis is on root cause analysis to determine the underlying issues of underperformance in the organization.
- Evaluation of past program successes and failures: In conjunction with the management and human resources team, RRI evaluates past training and development programs and outcomes as compared to current results.
- Analysis of performance expectations and actual results: RRI reviews individual and group performance vs. performance expectations or established business goals. Gaps are then identified and analyzed for the purpose of creating recommendations for the organization.
- Evaluation of key business indicators vs. market competitors: Benchmarking is an import part of the needs analysis. Key indicators are evaluated and market surveys are conducted in order to establish comparative data.
An in-depth executive report includes all of the above analyses as well as recommendations for custom training and development programs in the future.
Performance Management Systems
We can assist you in creating a performance management program from “the ground up” or we can review your existing program for effectiveness.
Our professionals have developed trait-based performance appraisals, 360 performance appraisals, and others. We work with your management and human resources team to create the right system for your organization.
