Our Leadership sessions and Leadership Institute are a unique blend of theoretical leadership study and practical, hands-on application of leadership skills and attitudes.
The Leadership Institute agenda, objectives and content are developed according to your company’s philosophy, culture, and business needs.
Below is a sample of the expected outcomes of a Leadership Institute that RRI recently created for a client in the food industry.
The purpose of the Leadership Institute is to:
- Identify leadership traits; compare and contrast “management” vs. “leadership”
- Understand behavioral profiles and our leadership preferences
- Study leadership models and learn from various experts in the field of leadership
- Evaluate our own leadership skills (Leadership Practices Inventory)
- Reinforce the attitudes necessary to lead others, which include: enabling others, modeling the way, encouraging passion and engaging the heart.
- Provide the skills inherent in successful leaders, such as problem solving and identification, visioning, strategic planning, and creativity and innovation.
- Strengthen those interpersonal behaviors of great leaders: inspiring the team, coaching, mentoring, and results-oriented communication, to name a few.
- Learn from others who are participating in the Leadership Institute Training Program
